All of the below services can be done at your horses location
Body Work Assessment
I will evaluate the horse from an Osteopathic perspective. There is no adjusting done at this time, only an evaluation of my findings. This is great for pre-sale checks, first time clients, or collaboration with vets to try and find the best treatment for your horse.
Osteopathy
Please allow up to 1 hour for assessment and treatment for first time clients. Horses need to have 48 hours off after treatment so please schedule accordingly.
CranioSacral Therapy
By complementing the body's natural healing processes, ECS is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of conditions associated with pain and dysfunction. This is including but not limited to:
After your horse's ECS session it is recommended that he/she have a minimum of 24 hours off from work (riding, etc.). More time off is better. Ideally the horse will be turned out to pasture. If this is not possible, he/she should be hand walked for 20-30 minutes.
Because most conditions have been present for long periods of time one session will not typically address all the healing that needs to take place. CranioSacral Therapy heals in layers in the manner in which the horse is able to accept the changes to their body. Even though you often see very visible changes after one session, additional sessions are recommended to continue healing into deeper layers.
